Air Free Peristaltic Pumps

Peristaltic pumps are air free dispensers that are designed to handle most low viscosity fluids. Ideal for the precision dispensing of Cyanoacrylate glues and adhesives. The use of motors to drive a flexible tube eliminates the need for compressed air which is a benefit for moisture reactive adhesives such as CAs. Also used with solvent liquids and UV cure adhesives.


By not using compressed air, moisture sensitive adhesives such as Cyanoacrylates will perform better and will not prematurely cure or frost in the bottles. This system is supplied with a full starter kit including PTFE tubing nozzle kit, user guide and product manuals.
